Can you believe that Baez is is asking Florida taxpayers to pay for Casey Anthony's defense?

Baez is asking Florida tax payers to pay his huge legal bills to defend baby killer Casey Anthony? Unreal !! Her parent’s went on a cruise but have no $$ and there house is in foreclosure. I think they stopped paying knowing they would lose the house so Casey can claim no money available. What do you think??

Has anyone dealt with HomeAssure Company out of Florida?

Sorry I should have clarified my question. HomeAssure they are a foreclosure mitigation business and specialize in assisting home owners with stopping foreclosure on their home due to past due payments. They seem like a good company but it almost seems too good to be true

I need help. An investor in Florida stole my identity and purchase two condo that is pending foreclosure?

IndyMac and Citifinancial did their investigation and found out that this was fraud and they stop the foreclosure proceeding and stop reporting negative notes on my credit report. The problem is I just received a letter from IndyMac’s lawyers asking me to sign a DEED in lieu of foreclosure. I do not know what this means I can not afford a lawyer because I have a minimum wage job and I am only 19. I think that I should not sign this because I did not sign to get the place in the first place so these place do not belong to me. I am scared what should I do the legal words are like spanish to me I try to google it, but if I sign this, this is saying that I acknowledge owning these condos. HELP PLEASE. Should I sue INDY MAC i can not even get a car loan for 00.00. My credit score was 735 now I do not know what it is. I have to go to FL next week to sign a statement in the criminal case pending against this man.

Does anybody know the process of Lis Pending in the state of Florida? How long does the foreclosure take and can the person being foreclosed on still stay in the property until the final outcome of the foreclosure and if so, if they catch up on their late payments are they still allowed to keep the property and the lis pending be stopped?

How long does a foreclosure take in Florida?

I am renting a house from people that have not paid their mortgage since September. I check the court records and no papers have been filed by the mortgage company. Today, a courier stopped by and delivered a note just asking us to call the mortgage company. I called and they would not give me any information because of privacy laws. I think I made a mistake in calling them, and now I’m a little nervous. Does anyone have any knowledge of long it can take to foreclose after the papers actually get filed?

How do I stop a foreclosure?

We got about a month behind on our mortgage right after hurricane Ivan due to damages and my husband out of work (his work was damaged). We have our mortgage through Ameriquest. We almost had it caught up and they upped the interest rate twice, increasing the monthly payment, that plus the late fees keep piling up. We wound up two months behind. I sent this months’ payment in plus an extra 0, but they still haven’t applied it to my mortgage. What do I do? And if they are starting the preforeclosure things will they refuse my monthly payment? BTW, I live in Florida. I don’t want to lose our house. If we can just work out the two back payments and slack off on the late fees, we can make the mortgage payment ok.
